Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

For our distribution of orders with shipping within the peninsula we work with a service from 24 to 48 business hours. With orders placed before 12:00 noon.

Shipping on this website may be free from €60, except for all fans that have €1 shipping.

IMPORTANT: The delivery date depends on the availability of the chosen products, informing the client if the product cannot be supplied. When the order arrives and we see that this product may take longer than indicated, we will contact you to ask you to choose another product or wait longer to receive it.

It may happen that a customer purchases a product and we cannot ship it within 24-48 hours. If we see that there is any variation in shipping, we will contact you due to the large volume that our supplier has.

Requirements for return

• Be within the established period: 7 calendar days from the delivery of the shipment

• Have contacted the returns department.

• The item must be in perfect condition, with all its components, packaging or parts and instructions if it originally had them.

• The product must be perfectly packaged to avoid incidents or damage during transport.

• The client is responsible for sending the order to our address , the client is responsible for the return.
